The boiler is equipped with the latest innovations, such as an electrostatic particle filter and a flue gas recirculation system as standard.
Zero emissions – Electrostatic Particle Filter
To filter out the last remaining dust particles in the flue gas stream, the ecoHACKzero boiler comes standard with a particle filter.
With its high separation rate of 85%, the particle separator ensures low dust emissions within measurable limits of < 1.0 mg/Nm³, even with low-quality fuels and with minimal power consumption of approximately 35 W.
Fully Automatic Cleaning of All Heat Exchangers
With ecoHACKzero, heat exchangers are automatically cleaned using patented reamers equipped with flow-optimized deflectors. The cleaner the heat exchanger surface, the higher the boiler efficiency.
Instead of traditional systems we use reamers with scrapers that rotate around their own axis instead of moving up and down. This scraper rotation effectively removes dirt without excessive noise.
